01What I do

I add virtual furniture and decor to photos of empty rooms, or take furniture out of photos of furnished rooms. Walls, floors, windows, fixtures, views and room dimensions are never changed. The work is AI-assisted, and I check every image by hand at full size before it goes out.

02Prices

All prices are in US dollars (USD), per photo.

Furniture removal costs the same as staging. The free first photo comes with no obligation to order more. If prices change, the price in effect on the day you send the photos is the one that applies.

03Delivery

Up to ten photos come back within twelve hours of when I receive them. For larger batches I confirm the delivery time as soon as they arrive. If something will delay a delivery, I tell you as soon as I know.

Every staged photo comes in two versions: a clean one, and one labeled “Virtually staged” for listing use.

04Fixes, restyles and refunds

• Fixes are free. If something in a staged photo is off, such as a piece out of scale, a shadow falling the wrong way or a color that fights the floor, tell me within 7 days of delivery and I'll fix it.
• One free restyle. If you want a different style altogether, the first restyle of a photo is free. After that, each restyle is charged as a new photo.
• Not right, not paid. If a photo still isn't right after fixes, we stop there and you don't pay for it. If you already paid, I refund it in full.

Because the work is digital and made to order, there are no other refunds.

05Payment

New clients

After your free first photo, you see each order before you pay for it. I send a preview, you approve it or ask for fixes, you pay by card, and I send the full-resolution files.

Regular partners

After three paid orders you can switch to an invoice, per order or once a month. Invoices are due within 7 days.

If an invoice stays unpaid, I pause new work until it's settled.

06Your photos

• You confirm that you own the photos you send me, or have permission to have them edited.
• Everything I deliver is yours to use as you like. I claim no rights in your photos or in the staged versions.
• I use your photos only to do the work you ask for. I never publish them, put them in a portfolio or show them to anyone without your written permission. The only exception is the software I use to do the work, listed in the privacy policy.
• Keep your own copies. I keep your files for 90 days after delivery, then delete them.

07White-label work

If you resell my work, you deliver it under your own name. I don't add my name, logo or a visible watermark to your files, and I don't contact your clients.

08Disclosure and listing rules

Most MLS rules and many local laws require virtually staged photos to be disclosed as such. You, or the client you deliver to, are responsible for using the photos in line with those rules. The labeled version is provided for exactly that.

09Liability

I work carefully, but I can't control how photos are used after delivery. As far as the law allows, my total liability for any photo is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. If we disagree about something, we'll try to sort it out by email first.

I may update these terms. The version in effect on the day you send photos applies to that order. Sending me photos to stage means you accept these terms.
