Of 116 US photography studios that publish a staging price, half charge agents between $31 and $45 a photo, and the typical price is $40. At $10 from me, most of that stays with you.

Walls, flooring, windows, fixtures and room dimensions are never altered. Only furnishings are added, which keeps the photo honest and keeps your agents clear of MLS trouble.
It's AI-assisted, and every image is checked by hand at full size before it's sent. If a sofa clips a wall or a shadow falls the wrong way, the frame gets redone, so it never reaches you.
It works the other way too. Send a furnished room and the furniture comes out instead, leaving the room clean and ready to show. Same $10, same twelve hours.

- Is it really twelve hours?
- Up to ten photos come back within twelve hours of when you send them. For bigger batches I confirm the time as soon as they arrive.
- Do I need an account or a contract?
- No. No account, no minimum, nothing to sign. Email the photos and that's the order.
- How do I pay?
- You pay only for photos you're happy with. For your first orders I send a preview, you approve it, pay by card and get the full files. After three paid orders you can switch to an invoice, per order or monthly, due within 7 days. All prices are in US dollars.
- What if a room isn't right?
- If something's off, like a piece out of scale, a shadow falling the wrong way or a color that fights the floor, tell me within 7 days of delivery and I fix it free. If you want a different style altogether, the first restyle is free and any after that count as a new photo. And if a room still isn't right, you don't pay for it.
- Do my agents need to disclose it?
- Most MLS rules ask for virtually staged photos to be marked as such. That's why every room comes with a labeled version as well as the clean one.
